The hotel was quite new and offered convenient amenities like a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but had some minor issues like sticky doors. The staff were friendly but not very helpful. The location was not what I expected but was made up for by the hotel itself. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use some improvement.
